A Cave You Can Actually Live In.
Beckham Creek Cave is a real cave carved over eons of time by nature in the side of an Ozark bluff in Newton County, Arkansas. The air inside stays a steady 65 degrees no matter what the calendar says. This is outlaw country: Jesse James and his gang reportedly owned a cave nearby in the late 1800s, and the wider Newton County cave system was a known outlaw refuge of the era. A century later, in the 1980s, a co-founder of Celestial Seasonings Tea bought Beckham Creek's cave and performed the first excavation and major improvements. Today, it's the only luxury vacation rental in the world built entirely inside one.
You'll find four bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms, a living room with it's own naturally made waterfall, bar area, a chef's kitchen and much more! Outside we provide a grill, firepit, picnic area, spring-fed pond for catch and release fishing (you bring your own gear), kayaking (we provide 2), picnic area near a little brook with hammocks to hang out in, gun range, a complimentary UTV ride to tour our trails and a back-end tour of the inner cave area. 256 acres of bluff, trail, and Ozark sky belong to your group and only your group. No shared rooms. No other guests. Ever.

Mountain bikers can explore trails on the property itself, throughout Newton County, or venture to the nationally acclaimed IMBA-rated trail systems of Northwest Arkansas.
