A full refund will be given up to 30 days before your stay, or, you may change your dates as many times as you need to so long as the request is 30 days before your stay and for up to 1 year from your original booking date.
We pride ourselves on using all natural cleaning products to maintain the cleanliness of the cave and providing a peaceful, relaxing stay for our guests. Because you are in the middle of the wilderness and we humans are in their territory, we do have an occasional concern with pest, which include: cave crickets, centipedes, spiders, mice, etc. We do our very best to eliminate these in a safe and natural way without using pesticides and chemicals. It is part of the experience of staying in a natural, living cave. When you create a reservation with us, you understand this possibility and accept it.
