PART ONE

Walk the interior of the Cave.

Your guide knows the rock. The interior cave tour is a private walk through the formations of the cave you're staying in, an explanation of how it formed, why it stays a steady 65 degrees year-round, and what you're looking at when the firelight catches the wall. Most groups take about an hour, depending on the questions.

You'll see the natural curves where water carved the bluff thousands of years ago. Mineral deposits the size of dinner plates. The cave's quiet acoustic is unlike anything outside it. If your group includes geology nerds, history nerds, or anyone who's never set foot inside a cave before, this is the start of the of a true experience.

PART TWO

See the layout of the property.

After checking out the cave, the property is next. A guided UTV tour climbs from the cave entrance up to the Eye of the Needle, the bluff overlook with panoramic views of the Newton County Ozarks. From there, the tour winds back down through hardwood forest, past the spring-fed pond, and along the trailheads that crisscross the property.

This is the orientation pass. Once you've done the UTV tour, the 256 acres feel mapped: you know where the kayak is, where the disc golf basket sits, which trail leads to the bluff, and which leads down to the creek. After the tour, the property is yours to wander on foot at your own pace.

WHAT TO EXPECT AND HOW TO BOOK

One tour, two parts. No extra charge,

  • Approximately 90 minutes total (interior cave plus property)

  • UTV ride for up to 8 guests

  • Casual pace, set by your group

  • Q&A welcome throughout
